Consultations are priced at $50.
A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are due 7 days before the day of your appointment, or when making the booking if the appointment is within 7 days. Failure to pay the deposit may result in your appointment being cancelled. Your deposit is deducted from your total bill on the day of service.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. With 48 hours notice or more, your deposit is fully refundable or can be transferred to a future booking. With less than 48 hours notice, or if you do not attend, your deposit is forfeited and a fee of up to 50% of the service value may apply.
Hair extensions: extension appointments require hair to be ordered in for you and a long block of time reserved, so extension deposits are not refundable. With at least 48 hours notice your deposit can be transferred to a new booking time. With less than 48 hours notice, or if you do not attend, your deposit is forfeited. The remaining balance is payable on the day.
All appointments are sent a confirmation text 48hrs prior to service. Hustle & Co reserves the right to cancel an unconfirmed appointment.
There are no refunds or exchanges due to change of mind
All appointments booked outside of standard trade hours may incur a surcharge and will require payment in full when making the appointment.
Whilst all care is taken, Hustle & Co accepts no responsibility for damage incurred to garments/personal items whilst in-salon.
