Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We ship all orders using Australia Post.

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
If you have not received your tracking email within 3 business days, please contact us.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Hustle & Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before your order is dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping provider.
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.

returns policy

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
Unused
In original condition
In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We may request photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.

If your product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a:
Replacement or Full refund including any shipping costs paid.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used.
Items that are not in original condition or packaging may not be eligible for return.
