60-Day Returns

Sometimes it just doesn’t work out, and that’s okay! If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us.

Items must be returned within 60 days after your purchase date. 

  • We will need to receive the items back unopened, unused and in the original packaging for change of mind and incorrectly ordered products.

  • Gift cards/vouchers purchased can not be returned and are not redeemable for cash unless faulty

  • For items being returned due to a change of mind or incorrect item purchased, the customers will pay for their shipping and receive a full refund of their item(s). Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.60.

  • Items bought on sale or with the use of discount code will be refunded at the price paid after discount.

Reason for return via returns form

Damaged in transit 
If you have received an item(s) that has arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery using the returns form below.
Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you!

Received incorrect Item
If you have received the wrong item(s), you can return your item(s) free of charge and Hustle and Co will cover any shipping costs. Please complete your return using the returns form below. 

Faulty Item
If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault and a photo if possible using the returns form below to organise a replacement or refund including any shipping costs incurred.

Allergy
In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us.  Adore will cover the shipping costs.

Excluded products/categories: 

Products excluded from our returns policy include electrical devices, menstrual care, oral care, intimate care and sexual wellness products for hygiene and safety reasons. This does not apply to faulty items. In addition, the purchase of gift cards are excluded from our returns policy.
